The Adria is a brand new, state-of-the-art apartment building in the heart of Madison Wisconsin’s downtown district. Fortress went to work orchestrating everything from the name and brand of the building to the backend development of the website, and every marketing effort in between. We are excited for The Adria to be introduced to its target market of younger professionals when the building opens its doors in summer 2023.

The Challenge

To build a brand from scratch and develop an online identity to match it means leaving no stone unturned. We know the legacy of our work will remain intact however long the Adria stands, so we needed a comprehensive strategy that met the gravity of the endeavor.

The Solution

We developed an unmistakable brand identity for Adria, fit with a professional, sleek, and highly functional website to compliment the brand and communicate – both visually and in writing – what sets the Adria apart. We left no questions unanswered.

The Name

Our naming process is intentional and thorough. After several internal brainstorm sessions, we determined that the name “Adria” – with its connotations to water and strong visual elements – was memorable, practical, and strong.

The Website

The Adria website is not only user-friendly, it’s user-focused, with the goals and challenges of Adria’s customers dictating all of our decisions from the perspective of content, design, and backend functionality.

Madison the Beautiful

The Adria was the second Madison-based luxury residential development we have branded and built a website for, meaning we have gained an appreciation for the city of Madison from afar. The city is consistently ranked as one of the best midsize cities in the country, with the ideal blend of walkability, safety, and culture. There is something for everyone, and we are happy to help connect Madison’s changing demographic to their potential new homes.
