The challenge for legacy retailers is always the same: how do you modernize without alienating your core customer base? Smith’s needed to dramatically upgrade their online UX, improve product discoverability, and drive digital sales without losing the refined, bespoke feel that made them famous in the first place.

The Website

The new Smith’s Men’s Store website is built to convert. We implemented high-resolution product galleries, streamlined the checkout process to eliminate friction, and optimized the entire site for mobile purchasing. It’s clean, fast, and elegantly designed—proving that you can scale a heritage brand digitally without sacrificing an ounce of prestige.

Video Production & Photography

We went on-site to Smith’s to capture the tangible details and personal touch that define their brand. By documenting the staff in motion and producing high-end headshots, we humanized the digital experience with authentic faces and expert styling. To crown the launch, we produced a cinematic hero reel that immediately immerses every visitor in the sophisticated atmosphere of the physical store.
